Olakino Medical Transport, LLC was founded to address a growing need for reliable, respectful, and safe transportation for medical appointments across Oʻahu. As a locally owned company based in Waiʻanae, our goal is to uplift our community by improving access to essential healthcare.

At Olakino Medical Transport, we believe that medical care begins long before a patient reaches the clinic. Our mission is to provide safe, on-time, and culturally grounded transportation to kūpuna, individuals with disabilities, and patients attending essential medical appointments.
Whether it’s dialysis in the early morning, physical therapy in the afternoon, or a hospital discharge late in the day, we are here to make the journey safe, stress-free, and comfortable.
